Old Dogs is the newest release from director Walt Becker, and tells a story of light hearted family fun.
The basic plot involves two main characters played by John Travolta and Robin Williams.
Charlie (Travolta) and Dan (Williams) have been lifelong friends and entered into business with each other.
They are on the verge of signing a life changing deal when a blast from the past comes to shake things up.
Dan gets drunk on night, sleeps with a girl, and then never sees her again after their one night stand.
Seven years later and he finds out the truth of what really happened that night.
Vicki (Kelly Preston) gets in touch with Dan to tell him that he needs to look after his child he has never met before in his life, as she has to serve time behind bars for two weeks.
From here the film takes a comical, and very predictable, look at life for two middle aged bachelors looking after a child they have never met before.
While the plot does not sound all that bad, the reviews have been far from flattering for Old Dogs.
Many websites have already labeled the film the most boring release of the year with terrible performances by Williams and Travolta.
Had it not been for the shining performance from Seth Green, Old Dogs would have been a complete failure.
