The Twilight DVD release has plenty to offer addicted and maniacal fans. The DVD offers over 12 deleted and extended scenes including a music video with a remix of Bella’s lullaby and a dream sequence containing another saucy Bella and Edward kiss.

In addition to this bonus material, there is also a director’s commentary version with narration by director Catherine Hardwicke and main characters Kristin Stewart and Robert Pattinson.

The director’s commentary is particularly enjoyable to watch as it gives an insight into the minds of the actors and director. One gets the idea that Stewart is more like her reserved, self-conscious on-screen character as she makes a number of groans and whimpers throughout the commentary.

Pattinson too has some standout moments throughout the commentary, especially where he asks Hardwicke straightforward and obvious questions about the plot and she struggles to return a satisfactory answer.
