The Time Traveler’s Wife

The Time Traveler’s Wife is a new film by Hollywood item Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston’s production company, Plan B Entertainment.

In association with New Line Cinemas, the new movie features lead roles by Australian Eric Bana and Rachael McAdams.

The movie introduces you to the woman Clare, who as been in love with a man named Henry.

Clare believes the two are destined to be together, even though she never knows when they will be separated.

The catch in the film is that Henry is a time traveler, cursed with a rare genetic anomaly that causes him to live his life on a shifting timelines, skipping back and forth through his lifespan with no control.

Despite the fact that Henry’s travels force them apart with no warning, Clare desperately tries to build a life with her one true love.

The tale sets for an interesting drama between two lovers who fight through many diversities to stay together.

The film was originally shot late in 2007 and as only been released in cinemas in the past few months.

So far the film has received mixed reviews with some loving the twisted, eerie feel, while others have been disappointed by the lack of consistency throughout the story.

One of the major newspapers to have written in the film, the New York Times, called The Time Traveler’s Wife, “often ridiculous, awkward, unsatisfying and dour melodramatic adaptation”.

The film seems to be one of those hot-or-miss flicks you either love, or hate.
